Lot 1:The main requirement of the project is to deliver a loft and cavity wall insulation scheme for owner-occupiers and private landlords in the Aberdare East & West Electoral Wards.Lot 2:The Council wishes to appoint an energy partner to deliver its energy efficiency scheme ‘Heat & Save’ to private home owners and private landlords in the Borough targeting the ‘Able to Pay’ market and continue on the progress made in the scheme in 2009/2010.The contract process will be undertaken via the Alito Procurement Portal. Companies will need to register on the Portal in order to express an interest in the contract and to download tender documents.
