Delivery of Employee Engagement Surveys to Bright Futures Educational Trust

Bright Futures Educational Trust is seeking to select and appoint a suitable provider to deliver Employee Engagement Surveys and associated services on their behalf. The Trust is looking for a provider who can update and administer an online Employee Engagement Survey which builds upon those previously issued and completed in 2015 and 2020/21. The Provider will be required to compile, agree and issue the 2022 survey in consultation/collaboration with key members of Trust staff. The Provider will then be required to collate, analyse and report the results of the survey in line with the requirements set out in the Trust's specification. It is a key requirement that the Provider has the ability and capacity to deliver at pace in order to meet the challenging timescales required. Contract Start Date: Survey content and communications to be updated by 4th March latest ready for survey to be opened to staff by Thursday 17th March latest. (See specification for detailed deliverables and timescales). The Trust are also considering conducting the same survey in the Spring of 2024.
