Delivery of Flying Start Childcare Provision at Abertillery LAC

Blaenau Gwent Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide a Flying Start service at Abertillery Learning Action Centre."Flying Start" is a programme for families with children aged up to four years old, which is targeted at Wales' most deprived communities. The programme is one of the Welsh Government's top priorities and encompasses free childcare, parenting support, intensive health visitor support and support for early language development.The anticipated start date of this project is the 1st of March 2016 this is subject to CSSIW registration approval. If the start date is delayed either due to completion of renovations or to CSSIW registration we will confirm with the appointed supplier that the term of the contract will be from the first day of the provision.
