The development and delivery of a pilot learning programme leading to 75 qualifications in Energy Advice (Home) at level 3. This new qualification is to be piloted across Wales and we therefore seek tenders from one or more learning providers who can offer the qualifications in the following areas:North Wales - 25 learners with a broadly representative geographic spreadSouth East Wales - 25 learners with a broadly representative geographic spreadSouth West Wales - 25 learners with a broadly representative geographic spreadAs this project is part funded the terms of this agreement do not allow sub-contracting.
