The Authority is looking to appoint approved ILM centres to deliver ILM Level 2, (3&4), 5 & 7 Management Award programmes, providing all supporting resources, assessment and support for candidates. Please note that delivery of Level 4 is not currently planned however maybe included at a later date subject to a revision of the qualification by the ILMThe purpose for the delivery of these programmes is to prepare managers within the Authority to manage within the context of the public service in Wales. It is important therefore that the training and development is clearly linked to the context in which managers are required to operate. Each programme to be for up to 15 delegates.
