Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council’s Children and Young People’s Partnership (Education Department) is seeking expressions of interest to tender for the provision of 24 hour Online Counselling service for Young People between the ages of 11 and 25 years old in line with Welsh Government guidance.It is expected that the successful provider will work effectively with departments of the Authority and their partners to support Children, Young People and their families.It is expected that the successful Provider will demonstrate sufficient experience and skill of providing an online counselling service to Children and Young People.
