Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is looking for a supplier of services to deliver Wajibika Programme in Tanzania (Wajibika).Wajibika is led by the FCDO and co-designed/funded by the Swiss Development Corporation (SDC).The anticipated Financial Limit for the Contract until 31 March 2030 is up to £24,125,000. This value is made up of £13,500,000 representing the UK funding for the programme, and of approximately £10,625,000 (CHF 11,700,000) representing the Swiss Embassy contribution. The Contract value is inclusive of all applicable taxes but exclusive of UK VAT.The Wajibika Programme is made up of three Components:· Component 1 - Inclusive and Effective Civic Space;· Component 2 - Media Freedom Workstream; and· Component 3 - The Governance Innovation Fund.The Financial Limit of the Contract, irrespective of value, will be allocated to the three components in the following proportions: Component 1 - 60%, Component 2 – 20% and Component 3 – 20%.
