The Arts Council of Wales have a implemented SIP trunk/channels, Skype for business and Polycom handsets to replace end of life PBX/ISDN infrastructure.We are now in the position to procure a contact centre solution that meets our requirements and will integrate with Skype for Business. We have had a number of demonstrations of software packages and as a result have chosen to pilot Anywhere365 in January 2018.
