The service must be able to demonstrate understanding, knowledge, and expertise in relation to dementia, and its impact on families affected by the condition. It must also demonstrate an ability to use a person-centred approach delivering the most appropriate level of support at the right time., The service model should include a clinical component provided by skilled specialist practitioners who provide biopsychosocial support to families with complex needs alongside specialist education and advice to health and social care colleagues., The market engagement event will discuss the proposed service, as well as the procurement process, and give an opportunity for questions and answers.
