This contract will require collection and delivery to the dental hospital and within set time parameters. Dental materials as directed by Cardiff UHB are to be used in the manufacturing processes. The provider must be compliant with the Medical Devices Directives and ensure GDC registered technicians are responsible for the manufacturing of this work. The contract is to supply ad hoc interim cover during seasonal demand when the UHB can not resource internally.
