Descriptions
Kingston University is seeking to construct a building to replace an existing temporary modular building on the Penrhyn Road Campus site. The works will include demolition of the existing building. The new building will be circa. 11 500 m2 gia. and will be the largest, most prestigious and most sustainable building that Kingston University has built to date. The building will transform the learning environment at Kingston University; providing learnings services, resources and innovative projects spaces and extend a warm welcome to the local community and visitors from further afield. The building will consist of a library with a permanent home for the collections and special archive, flexible project space, specialist learning spaces for dance and a 300 seat auditorium.
