Gwynedd Council are seeking to engage a suitable contractor to undertake a design and build contract to develop the design and execute the construction of a new 450 pupil primary schools at Caernarfon, Gwynedd.Construction work is envisaged to commence late July / early August 2010 and be complete by January 2012. The spend profile for the project requires an early start in order to expend the grant in 2010/2011.
