Descriptions
The Petersburn site comprises of a recently levelled, cleared site that previously consisted of the Petersburn Primary School. It was approved at Housing and Regeneration committee on 20th May 2020 to be included within the new build programme. The development site forms part of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) land property portfolio within ownership of North Lanarkshire Council. The objective is to produce 40 new homes of varying mix for North Lanarkshire Council’s social rented housing stock. This is part of the wider New Supply Programme to provide 5000 new homes by 2035.
