This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is issued to those bidders wishing to provide a tender to South Oxfordshire District Council (“the council”) for the Design and Construction of 9no. residential units to Passivhaus standards; conversion and refurbishment of an existing unit to EnerPHit standards; Use Class E space and associated drainage and landscaping works at 116 to 120 Broadway, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 8AB. (the “Contract”). A mandatory, accompanied, site visit on either Wednesday 3 September or Thursday 11 September is required to be able to take part in this tender process.
