We are looking to establish a framework arrangement and are seeking a small number of agencies to form a roster to help us achieve strategic recruitment and reputation objectives in an increasingly challenging and competitive environment.The proposed framework is divided into the following lots:1) Design ServicesWe are seeking one or more agencies to work with us across an array of design requirements. The scope of this Lot will require agencies to demonstrate: excellence in helping create brand identities; corporate literature; advertisements; B2B/sales collateral; point-of-sale; brochureware; direct marketing assets. A customer service ethic focused on rapid, cost-effective and accurate turnaround of work is imperative.2) Digital AssetsWe are seeking 1 or more agencies with specialist knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques. The agency will be able to demonstrate: creative excellence in the digital media, working within stringent accessibility guidelines; strategic and thought leadership on developing social media channels and maximising measurable returns from them; competitive pricing for work undertaken: the flexibility to take a concept and develop it to work in the digital arena; and a strong customer service ethic encompassing account management, advice and an honest approach to challenging our thinking. Please note that website development is beyond the scope of this framework, but an ability to design for the web, and an understanding of user journeys would be seen as an added advantage.3) Media AssetsWe are seeking 1 or more organisations to work with us to create a range of video, photography and animation-type assets for use across different marketing channels. The organisation will be able to demonstrate creative excellence through photography and videography and be able to direct, produce and edit quality productions aimed at different audiences. A customer service flexible ethos is vital, along with cost-effective and accurate turnaround of work.4) Copy-writingWe are looking for 1 or more organisations to supplement our in-house copy-writing team. The organisation must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate inspiring yet professional messages to wide ranging audiences through various written formats along with experience in adapting technical or complex copy for the appropriate audience. The organisation must have attention to detail, be flexible in its approach and have a cost-effective, customer service ethos.Media Planning, Media Buying, and Public Relations are not included in the scope of this framework. Appointed roster agencies would be expected to work collaboratively with our existing contracted suppliers in these disciplines.
