The contract includes the design and build of a new leisure centre, located in Barnstaple, which will form an extension to the current Tarka Tennis Centre. It will also include the management and operation of the following facilities:— existing Tarka Tennis Centre which will be incorporated into the new build leisure centre referred to above,— new build full-size artificial grass pitch (3G),— Ilfracombe Pool and Fitness Centre.
