The North Wales Business Support Partnership on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are seeking tenders from appropriate contractors for the design, manufacture, provision and assembly of a modular building at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire.The building will be a two storey construction to accommodate two outpatient clinics to the ground floor with office accommodation to the first.The successful contractor is to provide the full service to supply and erect a suitable building and include all design, full planning and building regulation submissions and fees.A full breakdown of the requirement and associated responsibilities is outlined in the tender pack.
