Design of a new international development health programme and tendering support

The Scottish Government on behalf of Scottish Ministers wishes to procure a health specialist to assist with the design and build of a new International Development Health Programme providing support to Malawi, Zambia and Rwanda, and support in tendering out a contract for Service Providers to deliver the new programme in the three partner countries. This programme will focus on reducing the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) through expanding equitable access to safe and quality care. This programme will be funded under the Scottish Government’s (SG’s) International Development Fund (IDF).
