Provision of professional design services, specifically architectural, cost management and engineering skills required for the:1.Preparation of concept design including outline proposals for structural and building services systems outline specification and cost plan.2.Preparation of production information to enable tenders to be obtained.3.Produce information for statutory standards and construction safety.4.Obtain and appraise building related tender submissions and submit recommendation to the National Trust. 5.Obtain and appraise tender submissions incompliance with the Visit Wales funding agreement and the WEFO procurement guidelines6.Letting the building contract, appointment of the principle contractor.7.Administration of the building contract to Practical Completion.8.Administration of the building contract to after Practical Completion and making final inspections.9.Review of project, after achieving practical completion.
