1.The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has a requirement for the design, supply and delivery to the Nuclear Department at HMS Sultan, of experimental apparatus which is to be used to examine the performance characteristics of a number of candidate test materials in the presence of flowing high temperature and pressure aqueous fluids. To include a minimum 1 year warranty, costings for subsequent annual safety assessments, ½ day familiarisation training (to be delivered within 3 weeks of receipt), taking test equipment up to full pressure and temperature conditions and an operating manual. The output should include a front control panel with adjacent test oven. Delivery should be against the technical specification as defined in the Statement of Requirement (SOR)
