KAO requires a provider to plan, design, supply and install cycle and motorbike storage at its office car park located at St. Patrick’s House, Penarth Road, Cardiff, CF10 5DJ.The storage solution will be in a car park managed by the building landlord who has two main tenants.Formal consents for the proposal are currently being obtained. The contractor will need to be mindful that when installing the solution that works will be carried out in a live operational car park.
