The work comprises the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a solar photovoltaic electrical generation system to Wrexham County Borough Council offices.The building has previously benefitted from a 49 kW PV installation in 2013.The Council now seeks to develop on this previous project by installing a further 250 kW system. The building currently has a maximum capacity of 300 kW. The requirements of the systems are as detailed in the Microgeneration Installation Standard: MIS 3002.The existing roof is a mixture of pitched corrugated metal and felt flat roofing.The Offices will be occupied for the duration of the works.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
