Visit Belfast is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and competent graphic design agency that is able to design and produce a series of publications as required, as well as providing design solutions for a range of signage, exhibition and promotional support materials (including, without limitation, for the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre).Subject to availability of funding and any earlier termination of the contract in accordance with its terms, including without limitation due to performance of the successful provider, the contract will continue in force for three years. There is an option for extension for a further period of 1 year at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority.The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for the provision of design services is available upon request from the contact point specified above.
