The project aims to maximise opportunities for staff to become as well as informed as practical, over a period of up to 6 months, about changes to JNCC’s corporate objectives, internal structure and staff opportunities resulting from: a. development of a new JNCC corporate strategy which restates the importance and value of JNCC existing work whilst progressively aligning it with a natural capital approach and: b. constraints or new opportunities, arising from new government policy, objectives and funding scenarios.
