Specification This contract shall have two elements as follows:1. Designing, setting up and supporting Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol events at national festivals such as the Urdd Eisteddfod, the National Eisteddfod and possibly the Royal Welsh Show at Builth Wells.2. Designing, setting up and supporting Student Fairs, the Annual General Meeting and other occasional events such as seminars held at various locations within Welsh universities and at other locations.National FestivalsThe Coleg will have a strong presence at National Festivals and the National Eisteddfod is considered to be the main platform for the Coleg to communicate with a range of different stakeholders. The intention is to order buildings from the event organisers but the successful company (who wins this contract) will be expected to be responsible for designing, setting up and providing equipment for the stands, as well as ensuring the highest possible quality appearance for all stands.Schools LiaisonThe Student Fairs will be held in various locations from 2013 on as an element of the UCAS fairs and also as part of a series of events arranged by the Coleg itself. Usually, these fairs adhere to a theatre style with a well-known presenter hosting the sessions and introducing a series of video clips and various guests to the target audience. A big screen, sound and lights are used to create an exciting and interesting feel to the sessions, and to appeal to the target audience.The work could include the following elements for the events: Note: this list is not exhaustive• Detailed plan and visual appearance • Creating and providing (branded) display panels / backdrops where relevant• Providing multimedia, sound and lighting equipment, and any other products necessary to stage events e.g. chairs, tables etc• Transporting all equipment and goods and storing them securely between events• Technical support for all eventsLanguageYou may respond to the tender in Welsh or English. You should prove in your tender that you have sufficient proficiency to supply the services described in Welsh.Design Brand guidelines have been prepared and they are expected to form the basis of the final feel. It is possible that there will need to be collaboration with other providers.
