The focus of this tender is the development and publishing of a PES Sponsorship Portfolio for the Black Mountains Project Area. It is to be managed as a pilot project, overseen by the Partnership Board (Project Executive) with the Black Mountains Land Use Partnership (BMLUP) functioning as an advisory and consultative group. This will be delivered by commissioning a contractor to develop a three phase project to produce the PES Sponsorship Portfolio, aligned with and benefiting from the shared knowledge of the Pumlumon PES SMS, Fferm Ifan SMS, Realising the Natural Capital of Welsh Peatlands SMS, and other PES projects being developed in Wales.
