This framework is intended for appointed suppliers to provide comprehensive developer services ranging from planning consents, construction design, contractor procurement, management, to marketing and disposal. There may be calls for further competition throughout the course of the framework, where eligible contracting authorities may also raise jobs for independent development services to facilitate a project, such as architecture, or generating schemes for the procurement of Contractors.The types of projects covered by this framework could include:— residential development and housing,— emergency accommodation for displaced families and individuals,— other public buildings including libraries,— institutional premises including universities and colleges,— commercial projects,— entertainment complexes,— urban and city centre regeneration,— industrial and mixed use developments,— retail, leisure, educational development; as well as associated infrastructure.
