Developing a ‘minimum digital living standard’ for Wales
Descriptions
Welsh Government are seeking expressions of interest to consider and develop a minimum digital living standard for Wales. This standard would help set a defined baseline for how we measure digital confidence for households across Wales. It would take account of the barriers of motivation, basic digital skills, connectivity and devices.Ideally it would be informed through an in-depth consultation with the public, including those lived experience of digital exclusion.
