To create a network of training providers and pilot delivery of a wide range of new apprenticeships, NVQs and technical qualifications, for which there is no current delivery inWales, with a view to informing and influencing future policy and delivery systems and raising skills levels across the Asset Skills sector. As a relicensed SSC Asset Skills is in a strong position to take forward the delivery of these new qualifications that have been developed in partnership with employers following extensive research to identify need and demand.
