Descriptions
The Welsh Government wishes to commission a research project to:(i) Provide a comprehensive picture of existing advice and information quality standards in Wales and beyond relating to welfare rights; debt and financial capability; discrimination; and housing issues.(ii) Develop a prospective common set of standards applicable to these sectors and advise on the feasibility of deploying them within organisations funded by the Welsh Government and more generally.The findings and recommendations of this research will be used to inform further work with the independent and voluntary advice sector in implementing a new national framework of standards ornew standard/s.
