Development and Delivery of Practice Framework for Adult Social Work
Descriptions
The City and County of Swansea wish to implement a practice framework for adult social care. The purpose of the framework is to promote greater consistency of practice across the service and to create greater confidence in delivering social work within a common shared model. In order to support the delivery of the key outcomes of the new Social Services and Wellbeing Act (SSWBA) http://www.legislation.gov.uk/anaw/2014/4/contents/enacted) and to transform adult social work practice based on those principles, it is critical that a planned, structured project approach is developed.
