Newport City Council is seeking the provision of client/case management and performance reporting applications software. The solution is to be used in the Integrated Family Support Service within Newport City Council, to enable the service to effectively and efficiently manage the administration of client relationships, case management and the production of statutory and non-statutory performance management data for the following areas of service delivery:• Integrated Family Support Team• Family Support Service• FASS• Family Support TeamThe development of a client/case management tool must enable efficient management of all business process, data and outcome monitoring related to case referrals received and processed by the council’s Integrated Family Support Services. The solution is to include the ability, as standard, to produce management reporting and performance related data that enables service management to make informed decisions and meet statutory reporting requirements as set out by governing and grant funding bodies.The solution will be required to provide real time integration with existing 3rd party applications software. These will include but are not limited to:• Social Care Records – Northgate ICS/Swift• Education Records – Capita ONE• Document Management Solutions – Northgate Information @ WorkThe council is undertaking this procurement at the request of the business service and in line with wider Council objectives.
