On behalf of the Blue Skies Consortium (Consortium), Keystone Developments (LG) Ltd is seeking views, as part of an early market engagement exercise, on its Consultant Framework Agreement 2022-2026. These are Consultancy Services for the development of general needs, leasehold and care and support properties, both in terms of new developments and major refurbishment/remodelling works. This offers the opportunity to review and re-design services with the aim of offering the Consortium members the best services at the most competitive rates available.With the current framework due to expire later this year the Consortium are looking to commence the procurement of the new four year framework agreement starting with this market engagement exercise to seek the supply markets thoughts on the general scope and proposed procurement process.
