Social Care Wales wants to develop an all Wales workforce strategy that gathers together good practice and drives new thinking and practice, across Wales and in the regions, that support the social care workforce and gives a clear picture of gaps that need to be addressed over the next 3 to 5 years.The successful Supplier will capture the data and intelligence required to develop a relevant, live workforce strategy and associated action plan.
