To develop and implement an integrated family support pathway for Rhondda Cynon Taf, Blaenau Gwent and Merthyr Tydfil Local Authority areas (As part of the Families First Pioneer) to ensure the right balance of interventions/services delivered in an integrated approach across the 4 tiers of need from universal to specialist. Overall Purpose of the Contract:•To review family support pathways, identify best practice and develop integrated family support pathway. •To map existing processes, interventions and services across the Consortia against the family support pathway to identify duplication and shortfalls. •To show integration of these pathways in statutory processes eg. Children In Need, Child Protection routes.•To review service criteria to enhance the smooth transition across the tiers.•To make recommendations on how to implement the family support pathway across the Consortia.
