The production of a bilingual (English and Welsh) DVD that will support Foundation Phase practitioners in understanding how to implement learning and teaching pedagogy.The DVD will be filmed in 2 schools (1 English medium, 1 Welsh medium) in North East Wales during the weeks of 11/10/10 and 18/10/10. The DVD will follow children in Year 1 in each school throughout a typical week. Although Welsh speaking will not be necessary during recording itself, it will be critical during the editing of the DVD.As the DVD will be distributed to a wide range of settings and schools in Wales, the DVD must be playable on a wide range of equipment of differing ages. The succesful tenderer will be responsible for: - designing and implementing a navligation system through the DVD - editing, sound mixing and dubbing - creation of rough cuts and final version - recording voice-overs and commentaries - incorporating previously filmed footage from 2 conferences into the DVDIt is essential that all personnel to be involved in the contract have obtained CRB clearance.The Welsh Assembly Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this procurement exercise through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk.
