Contractors are invited to tender for the proposed construction of a pupil drop-off area and staff carparking; including all carpark / roadside lighting, upgrade of electrical infrastructure in existing school, drainage, fencing, landscaping & all associated ancillary works at Glenbeg National School, Glenbeg, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education and Skills technical guidance documents and general specification for primary schools. It is paramount that the tendering Contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and has such resources available to meet the handover date of 23rd AUGUST 2019. IN THE CONTEXT OF THE ABOVE TIGHT SCHEDULE, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE TENDERER MUST PROVIDE A DETAILED PROGRAMME OF WORKS WITH THEIR TENDER SUBMISSION. All costs associated with the above as well as compliance with Building Control requirements must be included within the tendered sum.
