Shettleston Housing Association are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to provide principal designer services for the design and delivery of a new build housing development at the site of the former St Mark's School.The Association anticipate the appointment being made on a traditional basis using recognised industry standard documents. The appointment will be made by the Association.Shettleston Housing Association is proposing redevelop the site of the former St Mark's school, located at Muiryfauld Drive. The building has now been cleared from the site and it is expected that there will be in the region of 42 houses and flats created.It is anticipated that the development cost will be approx 3 800 000 GBP and will be traditionally procured.
