The current Humanitarian and Emergency Operations Support Service (HEOSS) contract is due to end on 30th April 2017, and will be extended until 31st October 2017 to allow this tender process to complete, and a suitable transition from HEOSS to Humanitarian Emergency Response, Operations and Stabilisation Programme (HEROS).
