Descriptions
LPS and DARD require the following from this contract: — A spatial data editing software solution that allows the LPIS dataset to be maintained in line with the current LPIS Protocol. — Support and maintenance of the said software over a period of time — Ability to work with the successful contractor to further develop the software solution as EU/DARD requirements develop. — Training to be supplied by the contractor on the use of the software, as well as skills transfer on how to further develop the software. Supplier Information Session — All prospective Tenderers are invited to attend an Information Session prior to the submission to address: — Demonstration of Spatial Studio — Discussion on Protocol — Discussion on published tender documentation — Questions and Answers The Information Session will take place on Tuesday 16th June at 14:00 in Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) Clare House 303 Airport Road West belfast BT3 9ED. If you are interested in attending the Information Session please respond to this message via eTendersNI with the names of proposed attendees. The cost associated with the tenderer travelling to the Supplier Information Session, and any associated lodging costs, must be borne by the tenderer. Questions will not be restricted during the session, however, Tenderers are invited to submit any questions they may have prior to the information session so that our client LPS can provide a more complete answer.
