The NHS Health Check – England’s flagship cardiovascular disease (CVD) prevention programme – invites adults aged 40 – 74 years who do not have an existing diagnosis of CVD for a free check every 5 years. The DHSC is looking to set up a single supplier framework to deliver an end-to-end blood sampling (Cholesterol and HbA1c) service through the digital NHS Health Check Online platform. The framework will be used by Local Authorities in England. Integration with the NHS Health Check Online will be an essential aspect of the service.
