DHSC: Qualitative Research: Insight Gathering and Strategic and Creative Development. The Behavioural Programmes Unit (BPU) in the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) (the "Buyer"), are seeking to run a competitive tender and subsequent appointment to replace existing contracts which deliver qualitative research, insight, and evaluation.
