(i)A new digital audio recording system which will enable live recording, tagging, storage and playback of high-quality audio from Plenary and committee meetings as well as other legal proceedings; from the high-quality audio, written transcripts are then created for the Assembly Commission Record of Proceedings. (ii)The ability to add additional information from the produced written transcripts to produce xml transcripts with the ability to add further tagging as well as time-codes.(iii)A workflow management tool to assign workers via a calendar feature, to transcribe elements of the audio into the written form, with status monitoring.The software must be compatible with Windows 7 and Office 2010 and operate in a Windows 2008 environment.
