Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: Digital Capability for Health has been extended so that a number of NHS England projects have been able to go through their approvals process, which had to start before CCS were able to confirm dates for the new iteration of the framework Digital Capability for Health 2 (RM6345).
