Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to offer a range of targeted support aimed at the first-time user of digital skills and devices. There will be an expectation that the provider will support participants to be able to follow on their support in phase two, where they will be given opportunities under Tenant Participation, within the council’s digital inclusion programme.
