Caerphilly County Borough Council (the Council) are seeking tender bids from web designers and Interpretation consultants to design a new Virtual Visitor Centre website based on the information and Interpretation for five (5) Country Parks and other sites within the County Borough.The contract will be split into two (2) Lots as follows:Lot 1: Community Consultation WorkshopsLot 2: Virtual Visitor Centre Platform CreationTenderers are able to bid for one or both of the above lots and there is no restriction as to how many lots one company can win.This project is funded by the Welsh Government and the budget for this project is £10,000 for Lot 1 and £20,000 for Lot 2.The five (5) country parks that are included within this contract are as follows:Parc Cwm DarranParc PenalltaParc Coetir BargoedPen Y fan pondSirhowy Country ParkThe other sites are as follows:Riverside ParkAberbargoed National Nature ReserveThe evaluation criteria for this tender process is the Most Economically Advantageous Tender to specification:Quality 80%Price 20%NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=75457.
