The Council holds various events throughout the year which requires and uses film/video for a number of purposes, including (but not limited to) the promotion of events, sharing key meetings, and at awards ceremonies. r r To enable the Council to deliver digital media productions, the Council will be establishing a framework for Digital Marketing Production with up to a maximum of eight contractors who can provide a high quality digital media production service to meet the needs of the Council, to enable visual/digital media to be more widely used as part of the communications approach.r
