In March 2018, Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) organised a Pre -Market Engagement on behalf of the Department where suitably qualified and experienced bidders were invited to complete a questionnaire and to participate in face to face meetings. This helped the Department to gain a better understanding of the feasibility of their requirements, the most appropriate approach to deliver capability, for future potential services and maximise innovation. It also enabled them to assess the capacity of the market to deliver their requirements and any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered.The Department is now in a position to provide an update and details on the proposed future delivery models.
