Our exisiting contract with Granicus-Firmstep comes to an end in October 2022. We have already used all of the available contract extensions. So the purpose of this procurement is to assess the market and procure a new contract with a suitable supplier. The current product is our main digital form package providing many both internal and public facing forms incluing key services such as reporting highways defects. This contract also covers the back office CRM system used by the Custoner Service centre to both log requests and progress requests logged digitally. Call off from G-cloud12.
