The purpose of this ITT is to assist ORE Catapult in establishing a Framework Agreement forhe provision of Digital Services by appointing a number of professional, reliable Tendererso meet their ongoing requirements.The Digital Services Framework Agreement shall be a multi-Tenderer Framework Agreementand it is anticipated that a maximum of eight (8) Tenderers shall be appointed to thisFramework to provide a fair and transparent service to ORE Catapult. However, ORECatapult reserves the right to appoint fewer or more than this number if deemed to be inheir best interests, e.g. value for money, geographical location.Contract awards made under the terms of this Framework Agreement for provision of DigitalServices may be co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) or otherEU funding bodies.
